Associate Vice President – Real Assets & Diversified Industrials
- Lead deal execution and actively support origination across Real Assets (Real Estate, REITs, Infrastructure, Industrial Warehousing, Data Centers, Hospitality, Educational Infra), Logistics & Transportation, and Diversified Industrials
- Serve as the operational engine for live transactions (M&A, PE, IPOs, QIPs, Block Deals) while driving strategic sector coverage and client relationship management.
- Initiative to work proactively & independently under tight deadlines while upholding strict ethical standards.
